Foxland Harbor Marina continues to move forward through the approval process from The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The Foxland Harbor Condominium project has been approved by the City of Gallatin's Planning Commission and Council. Construction plans are in the final phases of development. Fairvue Plantation hopes to announce the beginning of this project in the summer of this year.

The proposed site plan is outlined above for your review. These plans are preliminary and reflect the condominium project as approved, however the marina site is still proposed until the final approval is granted by The Corps of Engineers.
